Not Afraid of the Dark

Nathi wrote the chorus for his daughter and then realised he needed it more than she did. The arrangement stays in a low register because, he says, courage does not shout.

The dark is not empty It was never empty You were there before the light And You are here tonight I am not afraid of the dark I am not walking it alone Perfect love came down this road And made it the way home
